What is ISPI?

The International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) is the leading international association dedicated to improving productivity and performance in the workplace. Founded in 1962, ISPI represents almost 10,000 local and international members throughout North America and nearly 40 countries worldwide. Monthly meetings of our chapters provide professional development services and information exchange.

ISPI members include performance technologists, training directors, human resource managers, instructional designers, human factors practitioners, and organizational development consultants. They work in a variety of industries such as automotive, communications and telecommunications, computer, financial services, government agencies, health services, manufacturing, the military, travel/hospitality, and education.

Here in Central Ohio, the Ohio Heartland Chapter provides monthly programs on diverse performance improvement topics including building strategic partnerships,  measuring success, driving for results and much more!
